You will be required to fill out a Client Intake Form and a Liability Release form either here before your session or online before the session as forms will be sent to your phone and provided e-mail.

It is always said to dress down to your comfort level. What that means is that you may keep on whatever clothing helps you feel comfortable during a session.
If you choose to keep on clothing it may restrict or reduce the effectiveness or “smoothness” of your session, but it is not a requirement that you undress.
Clients comfort comes first. You may feel comfortable undressing completely or only comfortable removing your shoes. Whatever degree of undress you feel comfortable in is what you should dress down to.
Get comfortable.
If the therapist needs to move or reposition you during the session, they will either move you or ask you to reposition.
You can adjust yourself to be comfortable at any time.
Many clients close their eyes and relax during their session while others prefer to talk. It's up to you to decide, it is your session. Whatever helps you be the most comfortable during a session.

Remember that the session about you and your care. If you feel more comfortable talking, then do so. If you prefer to remain silent during the session, then don't.
You are always encouraged to speak up if you need something for your comfort. If there is something during a session that is making you uncomfortable, let the therapist know immediately. If your too hot/cold, the pressure is too much/little, or anything that my help you be more comfortable, let us know.
